rooms, one bath. A combination of the Ivanhoe and Model 200 called
Model 264P230, which featured a full width one-story front porch, living
room with fireplace flanked by built-in bookcases and art glass
windows. Originally had walk-in ice box with outside ice
access. A rare, fully documented Sears house. Plans,
construction documents, and Sears correspondence still exist.
